Summer is here!

Everyone here at Farmers Union Oil of Southern Valley hopes you had a great holiday weekend.

After a wet wet spring summer is finally here.  And we had the heat to prove it this last weekend with 2 days in a row of over 90 degrees and sunny skies it was a great way to start the summer.  Looks like it’s going to be a great week to come with forecast high temps in the mid-80s and low chances for precipitation.

While it was a holiday weekend for a lot of folks our Agronomy Center employees were going full blast all weekend long.  They put in a lot of long hours over the weekend helping our producer customers get chemicals and fertilizers to and on the fields. 

For the most part planting is just about over with and spraying season will begin.  If you haven’t made arrangements for having your fields sprayed take the time to talk with Brad at the Agronomy Center @ 701-474-5882.
